As a career blogger, I aim to help my readers find the motivation, confidence, and knowledge necessary to reach their professional DREAMS so that they can utilize their individual strengths and unleash their full potential. 

By day, I am a Career Services professional at Indiana University East. I have an extremely rewarding job, but I started this blog after realizing most of my students don't know the first thing about venturing into the world of work. After some investigation, I realized that this lack of information is not in any way limited to college students, it's a widespread knowledge gap that impacts those just starting their career, or years in. Since there is only one of me, this seemed like a logical way to spread some knowledge in a fun and entertaining way.  Some of the information I need to pass along is resume related, some networking related, but some is as simple as motivating you to reach your goals despite your obstacles. I hope you find it helpful, and if not, well, I promise to keep the blogs short, and it didn't cost you much.

Oh and when it's not Monday- Friday 8-5, you can find me at home with my husband trying to keep my sanity while our three children run around like mad.  :)
